How Can We Work Together?
At the heart of the spaces I hold is the way we communicate with ourselves. I focus on bringing awareness to how a person speaks to themselves; how they make sense of their emotions and bodily signals; and how they relate to their thoughts, ideals, dreams, and the people around them.
My academic background in interpersonal communication, my experience as a researcher, and my inclusive approach form the foundation of my work. A systemic perspective that includes intergenerational transmission allows me to consider seemingly personal experiences alongside family relationships, stories carried across generations, learned ways of communicating, and wider social contexts.
My intention is to offer a space where people can look at their unique lived experience from different perspectives, explore it within their own world of meaning, and make it more visible—an invitation to live in closer contact with who they are at their core.

Encounter
A focused individual meeting
When there is something in your life you would particularly like to explore, a single meeting may be enough to step back, take a wider view and encounter the subject from a new perspective.
The focus might be a recurring pattern, a decision you are finding difficult, an emotion you would like to understand, a way of relating or simply something you have become curious about within yourself.
During the meeting, we look at the theme through your emotions, bodily experience, relationships, inner dialogue and the family or wider system you are part of. The intention is to make different aspects of your experience more visible, open up new ways of seeing it and offer you something you can continue exploring for yourself.
An Encounter meeting lasts approximately 90–120 minutes. It can be planned as a single meeting or completed with a second meeting when needed.
Dialogue
An individual process unfolding over time
When we notice emotions or patterns returning across different relationships, environments and situations, we may need time, a wider perspective and someone who can listen and observe with us.
Dialogue unfolds over time. It allows what appears in everyday life to be noticed, explored and revisited together.
Throughout the process, we look at how you speak to yourself, how you relate to your emotions and bodily signals, which patterns recur in your relationships and which stories you may be carrying from the past.
Depending on what emerges, I may suggest writing, observation, meditation and awareness practices, as well as books or other resources that can support your own exploration between meetings. When appropriate, voice messages may also become part of the dialogue between sessions.
An ongoing process
This is a more spacious form of working together, in which several themes and recurring patterns can be explored over time. The frequency (weekly - mounthly) and duration (75-90 minutes) of our meetings are decided together according to the nature of the process.
A focused short process
A focused short process consists of four 45-minute meetings centred around a particular theme.

Circle
Group gatherings and experiential work
I see group work as a shared and experiential space where we can explore how experiences that appear individual are also connected to relationships, families, generations and collective narratives.
These periodic gatherings may focus on intrapersonal and interpersonal communication, our relationship with emotions, nervous system awareness, the ways we position ourselves in communication, recurring patterns in relationships, intergenerational transmission and systemic awareness.
The gatherings bring together conversation, shared reflection and mostly experiential practices, with the intention of offering insights and tools that can be carried into everyday life.
Circle gatherings may sometimes be created in collaboration with institutions, communities or other professionals, bringing together knowledge-sharing, collective inquiry and experiential practice.
To hear about upcoming gatherings or discuss the possibility of creating something together, you are welcome to get in touch.
